These terms are written for a simple consumer app. They are not a substitute for legal advice, and should be reviewed before launch.

Using Backlo

Backlo is provided to help score games, organize tournaments, and share optional live scoreboards. You are responsible for how you use the app and for the accuracy of event information you enter.

Availability

Backlo may change, pause, or remove features over time. Live spectator links and app features can depend on device settings, Apple services, internet access, and App Store availability.

Purchases

Optional paid features are handled through Apple's App Store purchase system. Subscription management, refunds, and billing are subject to Apple's App Store terms and account settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Backlo to publish unlawful, abusive, misleading, or private information about other people. If you share a live scoreboard, only share names and event details you are allowed to share.

No warranty

Backlo is provided as-is. We try to make scoring reliable, but you should review important tournament results before treating them as final.
